At Glam&Shines, we want your order to reach you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process and deliver orders.

Delivery area

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Orders cannot be shipped to addresses outside the UK.

Delivery cost and times

Delivery is free on all UK orders and is sent with Royal Mail Tracked. Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery from the date your order is placed. This includes 1–2 business days to process and dispatch your order.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Order processing

We process orders within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched, we will email you the courier details and your tracking number.

Tracking your order

You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track Your Order page using your order number or tracking number.

Changing your delivery address

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request a change of delivery address by emailing contact@glamshines.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

If your order has not arrived

First, please check the latest status on our Track Your Order page. If your parcel has still not arrived 3–5 business days after the end of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@glamshines.com and we will help you promptly.
